#  Number Field

##  A numeric input field with configurable min/max values and step increments for precise input control.

The Number field is a text box that only accepts numbers.

Set a minimum, a maximum, and a step to control the allowed range and increments. Good for quantities, ages, or any numeric input.

## [How to add a Number Field](#how-to-add)

1. Log into your Joomla backend.
2. Go to Components → Convert Forms → Forms.
3. Create a new form or edit an existing one.
4. In the form builder, click **Add Field**.
5. Select **Number** from the field list.
6. Configure the field's settings.
7. Save the form.
