   Added - {all\_fields\_filled} Smart Tag to display filled-only fields.

   Fixed - Wrong Submitter's ID reported in the Submissions View in the backend.
- The mailto link of the Email Address field used in Emails has a leading space.
- AcyMailing 6 sends confirmation email twice.

   Changed - Makes the extension eligible to be auto-updated with Watchful.net
- Updates Submission's Date Created value in the JSON-API output to use the ISO8601 format.
