   Added - Adds new options to configuration page: Enable RTL, Load CSS, Load Velocity

   Fixed - Fixes bug with the Domain Referrer assignment
- Fixes issue with wrong execution of the plugin when the format parameter is overriden.

   Changed - Renames "Text Direction" option to "Enable RTL"
- Improves Device assignment
- Velocity engine is now being loaded as a separate file
