What are the requirements?
Before purchasing an installation service you will need to make sure you have an active subscription for the software you'd like to install and that your setup complies with the following requirements:
- Up-to-date version of Joomla! Joomla 3.8.0 or higher
- PHP 5.4.0 or higher
- MySQL 5 or higher
When is the installation service provided?
The installation service is processed during working hours Monday to Friday, 8am to 1pm and 5pm to 9pm Greece timezone (EEST) and within 24 hours after the payment is made. Make sure you've sent the required login details in time.
Do you offer refunds?
No, the installation services fee is not refundable. However, you will get a full refund if the service is cancelled.
Do you provide general installation services?
No. The installation service is only available for Tassos.gr products.
Do you offer any discounts?
Software installation and configuration is time-consuming process and it is not eligible for discounts.
