Resending Emails
Sometimes after a form submission, you might want to resend email notifications. This can happen if the original email didn’t reach the recipient due to spam filters, incorrect email addresses that were later fixed, or if you simply want to send a confirmation or notification again for record-keeping.
Currently, Convert Forms does not support resending email notifications. Once an email notification is sent after a form submission, there is no built-in option to trigger the email to be sent again.
If resending emails is important for your workflow, you can try these alternatives:
- Export the submission data and send emails manually.
- Use third-party automation tools to handle resending.
- Contact us to request this feature for future updates.
We’re aware that resending emails is a useful feature and may add it later. For now, if you have any questions or need assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out.
