Terms of Service Field

The Terms of Service field requires the visitor to agree to your terms before they can submit the form.

Set the label text and link it to your terms page. The form stays blocked until the box is ticked.

How to add a Terms of Service Field

1. Log into your Joomla backend.
2. Go to Components → Convert Forms → Forms.
3. Create a new form or edit an existing one.
4. In the form builder, click Add Field.
5. Select Terms of Service from the field list.
6. Configure the field's settings.
7. Save the form.
